This is by far most the worst location that i have interacted for the past 20yrs. The worst customer service, Not only the mess up my original reservation, but never a call back from Chelsea, left messages, text and she never answered my calls. She promise me a $40 credit for returning the truck at her location, never gave me the credit nor did she called to speak to me on the reservation. Save yourself the grief don't do a pick up or drop off at that location!!!!!!George A.
This was the absolute worst experience I've ever had with uhaul. I will NEVER rent from this location again!! It's been a week since I returned the uhaul (I returned it the same day) and they are just closing out the contract. Ron and Chelsey called me Ahead of me picking up the truck and asked me if I could bring the truck back to their location (Bethlehem) instead of dropping it off at an Easton uhaul and I would get $40.00 credited back, and I agreed and dropped the truck back off there the same day (April 23rd after hours) Meanwhile I received several phone calls over the last few days asking me where the uhaul truck is! So I tell every person that called me that I dropped the truck off a week ago! I don't know how they are running that Bethlehem location, it seems shady! While Ron was very nice during my initial pick up transaction, the rest went down hill! The out mileage on the contract was incorrect, on the odometer it was 55,259 and in the contract it says 55,855 and the gas was under 1/4 but says it was almost a 3/8th. The way the truck was backed into a dirt pile upon pick up had caked up dirt on the tow hitch so when we parked the truck in our parking lot to start our move and opened the rear truck door a pile of dirt fell off the truck and left little mountains of dirt in the driveway!
