the problem is that the mobile pickup was an issue, which some was our fault on, the telephone people did actually help with the sign in BUT we ordered a dolly and it wasn't inside the truck so if we were able to pick up on time with the mobile we wouldn't of had the dolly. the owner or worker was actually there a few minutes early to help which was helpful but the codes on the boxes were not correct so we would have waited until they opened to get both the dolly and the key from the box because the codes were not correct. if the sign in would have been smooth we would still of had issues with the missing dolly plus the codes not correct. the idea of using the mobile was to be able to get a few extra hours in moving time so we do not recommend the mobile pick up at this location at all!! but the worker/owner dude was helpful so this location would be wonderful for an in person pick up location only!!

Vehicle smelled like it had been smoked in and was unlocked when I got there. I aired it out as best I could. Customer service is short. Not quite rude just short. Got hung up on twice. Had to call 4 times to find where my truck order was because it wasn't immediately on my app after purchase. Your truck rental order should populate immediately to your rentals. No where I saw was there clear directions to punch in your rental code to get the app to work.

I was charged for fuel that I shouldn't have been. I only logged 11 miles and put 1 1/2 gallons of gas in truck before returning. This us ridiculous to be charged over $16.00 for a fuel charges when I put back in what I used.

We dropped off early and no one was there even though their hours were posted that they were open. Was charged for fuel when we left the same amount in it that was in it when we picked it up!

Gas was not at indicated mark that was already preprinted saying it was at a half and it was in between a quarter in a half. He did not go out and check the truck with us so mark any issues with it before we drove it off the lot. Will never rent again. I'd rather spend that paying everyone I know to gas up there trucks then deal with this again.

Total crap service from dispatch and customer service lines. Both store employees were very apologetic but had no idea what to do to fix the issue. Very pissed about having to cancel my card after everything went through because my personal info was on peoples personal cellphones. But They did finally get me on the road. What should of taken my 2 1/2 to 3 hours total to pick up the truck pick up my furniture and drive home turned into a over 5 hour ordeal and that’s not even counting having to find unloading help the next day because my help couldn’t be here today.

Don't change a thing. We pulled into the station; the Attendant must have seen the ID #'s on the truck? I walked in he had info pulled up and said I was good to go after handing in the keys. Less than 5 min we were on our way. KUDDO'S

I arrived at the facility 1 hour after their scheduled opening time. I couldn't get a hold of anyone. Door was locked and no one was there. I called many times with no answer. I even waited for 30 minutes for someone to show up. Having someone present while doing off a trailer would be my recommendation.
