The only problem I had was navigating the APP on my phone since I never had done that before. It asks you to take pics of everything but then those pics aren't saved on your phone so I wasn't able to upload any of the photos. So, out of frustration, I just skipped that. It also wanted me to take pics of the inside of the truck at the end which I didn't because we only drove 7 miles round trip. We went to fill it up with gas and had to "force" $2.00 in it as it was topped off from the previous customer, I presume. Overall, it went well, but just was confusing with the APP.

Not a problem with the location itself, but with uhauls website. My additional driver could not complete the steps do get approved. He put in all his information and every time he clicked next page it just refreshed the page. No information was missing and everything was correct. We tried for about 15 minutes and still got nowhere. When I called the help line it said over an hour wait to speak to someone. Tried the chat and got no response. We couldn't sit around and wait that long when we had to move.
Hannah WThey were closed when I dropped the truck off. Plenty of room to park, and easy to find the drop off box.
CARL REverything went as smooth as possible. Truck was clean, filled with gas and ready to use. Pickup and drop off was easy and convenient. Highly recommend using this facility.
