The place was closed when I got there, even though they were supposed to be open per their hours online. No one onsite, no call or prior communication to let me know they would be closed, no one answered the phone; just a handwritten note on the door saying they were closed that day and no other info. Thankfully when I tried calling them and they didn't pick up, the call eventually went through to a uhaul rep in a call center, and she was able to help me get the rental squared away, as the key was left in a 24/7 drop box. But once again, the storage facility owner did not let me know that this was the case. I actually panicked. And I needed to rent some moving blankets from them too, but was unable to because they were closed. Thankfully another uhaul dealer in town was able to give me some, but I had to waste valuable moving time in the process, as I was on a tight schedule. I've moved a lot in the past 7 years, and this was easily the worst experience I've had yet. I will never use this place again and will never recommend it to anyone.RYAN Y.
Confusion as towny we were droping off here stated we had to google a spot yo drop off and this was it. Was told shoukd have been dropped off sooner but they were closed never advised in any manner how or where to drop off, but all worked outdavid A.

Associate was curt, the return time for equipment is 9pm and I was instructed to have it back by 4. However, upon further discussion I was told to leave it at the drop off location outside the door. Otherwise an easy transaction and equipment, and office was well maintained.Andrew B.

My daughter took the keys inside as I do not walk well. My son-in-law had taken the contract out of the truck. The lady looked it up on the computer and said we were supposed to take it to another location. She didn't want it and had no room for it. I went back to get the contract, in the meantime she told my daughter that it was time for her lunch and she had to go to the bank. She left my daughter at the location alone. Uhaul trailers have no jack. They are very painful to lift onto the hitch from the ground. This trailer had lights not working but still hot the job accomplished. I just wish they had a jack or even rent one that fit.David L.

The truck was parked so that getting into the truck was difficult because the cab of the truck was in a non-lev position. Also, for those of us with agility problems, the trucks need a fold out step ladder to get in them.Teri C.

I left the truck here and placed the keys in the after-hours drop box. The uhaul after-hours rental process needs help. No one informed me that I would have to complete information online. Uhaul needs to clarify policies and make sure customers are made aware of them.John L.
I was shocked and extremely disappointed there was no cruise control on the truck. This made my long trip very hard and challenging. I was not made aware there was no cruise control or if it was an option or not.Laurie M.

Spent 45 minutes here even after I did my on line paperwork.Not her fault the info she was given was wrong.She had to make 2 phone calls deleting my order and reapplying 4 times till it was accepted.I had to wait 12 minutes because it wasn't 10am or I would be charged an extra day.I was given a transporter that didn't match the registration I was given.When I got to my destination the vehicle wouldn't fit so I never used the trailer but was charged for it anyway.This is the second time U Haul has done this to me I won't recommend them to anyone.Micheal G.

no comments on the site - as it was closed then we returned the vehicle. the assigned return location given was over 22 miles away which would have resulted in lots of extra mileage fees. Lady at the business was personable and polite, but you can't contact them by phone. It rings but no one will answer. I was also charged for a second day for the trailer when I got my invoice. Also, trailer itself needs a jack on the tongue also. Too hard on an older persons back to try and lift it on the hitch with this big of trailer. Have used U Haul at another location several times with satisfaction, have to say will not be using this one again.Gary M.
