Lady was extremely rude
Carmelo RThe lady tried to refuse to take the truck. She stated to me she “no longer accepts drop offs” although the U-Haul website provided her location as an option. She did call someone and they told her to have me leave the truck there. She then stated to me “If, it’s late, then it’s late.” Because the person she called was arriving that next day.
Lauren MAfter hours and called help line spoke to three different people then was hung up on!
Mitchell CThe equipment serves the purpose. However, the truck was not clean still had trash in the cupholders and reeked of cigarette smoke. I had to even go into the office which was filled with cats in the smell of them. One who is allergic I lasted two minutes in that office before I started coughing and had to leave. The smell is so bad that even when dropping off the keys at night, you could smell it coming through the door.
