the reservation system is all automated. the location personnel could not help with any questions, or other assistance. the process was very cumbersome

Carmelo RThe lady tried to refuse to take the truck. She stated to me she “no longer accepts drop offs” although the U-Haul website provided her location as an option. She did call someone and they told her to have me leave the truck there. She then stated to me “If, it’s late, then it’s late.” Because the person she called was arriving that next day.
