The uhaul hadn't been cleaned inside. It was very dirty. The windshield hadn't been cleaned either. We bought supplies to clean the windshield and outside mirrors. The wiper blades needed replaced, we were thankful we didn't need to use them. The person inside the store was amazing. Very helpful.
