The location is small and gps directions are horrible. Not enough room for two vehicles to go through the entrance at the same time. If a car is coming out, you will be sitting on the access road and hopefully no one hits you. The u-haul truck we had (10â€) was very noisy (like something was gonna break at any minute) and it shakes badly. The inside was not clean as it should have been but I digress. I didn't have the pads or dolly in the truck as I requested. They still tried to charge me for the pads after I said I didn't have them.Sherwanda C.
Truck had an unusual rattle while at idle but stopped under acceleration, that kind of thing could be expected from a vehicle with 119500 miles. Otherwise, it was a great truck!MARK K.

I had several problems with the rental and the rental location support... 1. The appliance dolly I rented was not in the truck as promised; had to get it from another store; not a U-Haul store. -- The U-Hual location should have notified me that the dolly was not available and I would have made other arrangements or rented the truck from another location. -- I had to rent an appliance dolly from another store; cost me money and miles on the truck 2. The truck was not full of gas as indicated by the attendant but I was held responsible to fill it. -- I drove 42 miles and the truck needed 13.78 gallons of gas 3. The truck was dirty when I received it - When I returned the truck, the attendant told me to drive it to the back lot, without him checking it, and threatened if I didn't he would charge me $100. He made no effort to get up and check the miles or status of the truck. - The truck was checked in over an hour after I returned it and I was charged a cleaning fee; no idea why.. . the truck was swept out prior to returning it. 4. The truck has something wrong with the exhaust and is VERY loud Overall, the experience was unsatisfactory and I would not do business with this location for any reason.ROBERT C.

I tried using the app to secure my reservation. And I just found it confusing, hard to navigate. Looked simple enough, wasn't what to do when. I think it sucks. So, I went into the store, and asked the receptionist (title?)- and she was very helpful. Found account really fast, gave me the keys, said i was already set to go. Same thing when i came back, wasn't sure what I needed to do. Where to leave the truck, leave the keys where? So again I walked inside and she took care of it. Truck had dirty floors (old mud markings/dirt)- front of truck was splattered with dead bugs. Also I drove the truck about twenty miles total, and it took over 2 gallons to refill. Obviously the person before me didn't fill it up, and Uhaul did not fill it up. It should have taken that much to fill up. So, the needle looks full, but obvious that I didn't start out with a full tank. So, i pay for $1.69 per mile, plus $5 for gas, even though it wasn't full when i got it. Hmm. Only good thing about this experience was the helpful clerk.Alfred T.

I had requested for moving blankets and furniture dolly as part of my rental. When I got to the location on the day of the rental, the helpdesk person said that they did not have furniture dollies and simply cancelled those items from my contract. The moving blankets were not loaded into the truck and had I not looked for them, I would have not even known. The helpdesk person did not even mention to me that I have to pick them up from the front office. While the location had the truck size I needed, an otherwise pleasant checkout experience was marred by the lack of attention from the helpdesk.Stephen J.

The mobile check in process was far from convenient. I had to walk about 200 feet from the parking lot, around a fence and a storage building, because the system said we were at the wrong location. The verification process was also difficult, we didn't realize someone other than us would have to be called to verify us, and since we just moved to a new state, our local contacts are limited and were not available to be called. We also reserved a furniture dolly with our truck, and one was not provided. It would have made our move a lot easier if we had it. Otherwise the truck was fine, and the equipment we had worked as expected. But the mobile check in process could definitely use some work, and wasn't quite the customer service I know U-Haul is capable from my past experiences.Ryan A.
The transmission was slipping, the truck was extremely dirty, the alignment is off, and it wasn't swept before we got it. It was my literal worst experience driving a rental truck and I rent one for a move EVERY year. Pick anywhere else, maybe even something other than a UHaul in general.Christopher H.

Only a very narrow and short length parking space to park the 15 foot truck was available. Took 20 minutes to accomodate truck in space and avoid any damage to truck and adjacent vehicle and nearby fence. the self check in uhaul app is very difficult to use. It is not compatible with my Apple Safari browser because would not verify the drop off location, used a work around with Firefox browser instead. The photo upload of the gas gauge, truck cab interior, inside hauling space, front/back/side exterior, was requested multiple times in order to complete the check in process. The complete drop off process required at least 40 minutes to complete, from arrival to check in complete. All U-Hauls are sketchy. I did not like the fact that you must have a cell phone number but it was not told to me the reason; why until it was too late. Which is you have to fill out the inspection report via text message and all I have was email address. We currently live outside United States and have outside the United States cell phones and we're moving from one storage unit to another storage unit perfectly common were you a citizens we could do these things your company needs to transform.abram M.

The online order was a horrible experience. I ordered for online pick up 10:30 am for a truck not a Van and with a dolly to help me move not available so I was moved to a different location which was great assistance but didn't have what I needed for the move. I made a reservation for 24/7 share pick up and the morning that I went to pick it up I had to check in online and when I did it changed my pick up to standard pick up. I was on the phone for over an hour trying to get it figured out only to finally find out it got changed automatically because the truck was behind the gate. I also paid for 2 mover for 3 hours through uhaul and only got 1.5 hours of help because I couldn't get the truck. I was not very thrilled or happy about this. I've tried to get a refund for the help I paid for that I didn't get the full time for but I was told it wasn't possible.Matthew Z.

These 3 questions do not encapsulate my experience. I did not believe I drove 65 miles, and I definitely did not have the truck for +15 hours. Her testimony (guessing: Supervisor) of never having a problem for the 3 years, was unnecessary. I have never had a problem since she's been born. She casting aspersions on me that I'm saying someone is intentionally cheating me. That is not the case, and I resent it. Anthony IS one of the finest young men I'm met!! UHaul is a "Brand"! Not by stealth! Every question of accuracy is not a accusation. I will not cease business with UHaul, not because of one person's attitude, not even MINE!Moses R.
