The rental and driving experience was positive fine -- totally average -- but I booked a Dolly and Furniture Pads with my online booking, chose the location nearest my home, and there were no notes online that mentioned *this* location had neither (no dolly, no pads.) So, we had to move our belongings without those supplies, and the location Manager was unsure why the website would allow me to order those supplies when the location doesn't even have them.
