The truck was not cleaned out by the previous renters and or the shop where I picked up the truck, I had to sweep it out prior to leaving the shop. Also, we paid to have two dozen blankets with the truck, again the ones in the truck were left by the previous users, the left them laying all over the back, wet and had the tape still on them. Plus the shop didn’t have enough blankets for our order and we were short on our order.

Andrew LTruck is all over the road at 45mph so I can not use it. I needed to take it to the interstate at 70mph and that is not happening. Returning it this morning unused.

kezia sMy wife and I came to pick up a U-haul 10’Box truck and ended up changing it to a cargo van to fit our needs.We had a local Christmas event for some families within the local community that may not have to much for them self or families and the U-haul in Aces near Locust Grove were awesome and the process was smooth.The attendant should get a raise and he was pleasant to speak with.

RACHEL RThe inside of the cargo area was muddy when I picked it up. Not terrible but it did get my furniture dirty. Maybe I missed it, but I could not find any signage telling me where to return the truck. I tried looking for signs but didn’t see anything, even drove around behind the building and still couldn’t find anything. Please ask them to add some clearly visible signage about where to return equipment.
KURT DClean the cabin. Fix the sensors that indicate a tire problem.
WARREN LThere were two young men who appeared to be employees of the location sitting in some equipment next to the U-haul trailers that offered no assistance with the unhooking the trailer. I had to unhook and push the trailer back into the staging area. This is the sole reason for the ratings given.

terry TThe equipment I rented (10' Box Truck) was clean and in excellent condition. The folks at ACE Hardware in Locust Grove were very accommodating and helpful. Will definitely use them again should the need arise.
Jon AThe back of the truck and the cab area were not swept out by the previous user. Also, the center console (where drinks etc are placed) was filthy - considerable amount of dried, sticky substance that was not cleaned up.

Harold VVery bad service, gave me truck first time no fuel and dirty in the back. They then gave me a other truck, was clean and has fuel almost full on the paper they gave me but was not full was like short of 2-3gallons I returned the truck full and they charged me for additional 2 gallons of gas. The phone number doesn’t work to even call them very unsatisfied with this location.

Harry TI done my reservation on line and went to pick it up none available it was given to someone else that got there before me and then they gave me a 20 and that wasn't running good then they gave me a pick up truck which it raind so I couldn't use it until Sunday UHaul is not reliable I went from a van to a pickup truck

ED DThe location was great but the U-Haul website is TERRIBLE. Ever single time I make a reservation on U-Haul.com and reserve a truck at my local hardware store, U-Haul confirms the reservation and then send ma another confirmation at a U-Haul no where near my house. I call my local hardware store and they have NO RECORD of the reservation at their place so I end up having to cancel the reservation at a site 20 miles from my house and do it all again at the hardware store near my house I reserved it for in the website. I don't know it this is U-Haul way to do a bait and switch to make more money in the mileage but it's happened multiple times, is time consuming and just ridiculous. This is on U-Haul NOT the hardware store I got the truck from. U-Haul.xom SUCKS
