I rented a small unit to store linen, clothing and kitchen supplies for 2 months. When I picked up my belongings the were covered in mouse droppings and urine. The linen boxes were also full of little white bugs. I brought this to the attention of the office and was told it's par for the business. I had to rewash everything and lost a few items to the damage. This place is infested and the owner is aware and doesn't care. Never received a reply from an email I sent two months ago to recoup some of the damage. Would never use this storage place again.

Customer service was amazing. Explained the differences in the vans, how the rental and return process worked and was very helpful. I only needed the truck for a few hours to move two couches, definitely worth it.

Overall I was very pleased with my experience here. The staff was very friendly and accommodating The units were clean and secure. The area was also well lit at night. I would recommend Lok All Storage.

Better communication up front regarding: 1. True rental cost — provide details regarding mileage expenses when the rental is reserved; 2. The need to download your app and create an account for optimal efficiency when picking up the rental vehicle.

Waited for over 40 minutes to pick up the vehicle because it was not set up properly - had to call for assistance. I requested and paid for a dolly - was not on the truck. Tried to book a larger vehicle numerous times and nothing was available, even weeks in advance. Returned it hours earlier than expected and no money back.

A JACK ATTACHED TO THE TONGUE OF THE TRAILER!!!!! Yes, I'm saying it loudly. We were unable to return the trailer after hours because two of us together couldn't lift the tongue off of the hitch.

Easy & convenient. The one complaint would be the suggested re-fill liter diagram based on fuel gauge has very small numbers which are hard to read in the dark.

Staff was friendly and helpful. However the truck was dirty when we opened it so we had to clean it before loading. Also the lock was very difficult to open and close. Truck seemed to struggle to pick up speed.

A part on my car was not being cooperative preventing me being able to pick up a trailer the night before. Christina went out of her way to come in early in the morning to help me get on the road right away and make my timing. I couldn't be more appreciative.

Great truck to move things but the price is ridiculous. Cost for a few hours was just under $100 for a 10ft truck. The mileage cost was double the truck rental cost. Great way to rip people off.

The initial reservation was through a different dealer. Due to their poor input of the reservation, I was delayed 90 minutes to pick up the vehicle. Once the poor inputting was sorted out and I was directed to the dealer who actually had the truck I reserved, everything was great.

The area where the trailer was stored for pickup and drop off was nearly impossible to get around the corners with vehicles parked in the way. I use trailers a lot and across the road you had ample room with much easier access to pick up and drop off the car Hauler where you use to have it when I last used it. Why is was situated where it was this time made no sense. On both Corners where I had to Pick up and leave with Trailer and on return were vehicles parked right on the corners. Didn't make any sense. It was only because I am a seasoned Boat Hauler and car Hauler I was barely able to make the turns on those corners.

Although I didn't access the storage unit during the rental things went smoothly and the movers were able to load up everything from storage easily and efficiently.

Christina was extremely helpful and courteous! We had issues with a reservation at a different location, dealing with the lock box from the truck share app. We canceled that reservation and drove over to this location. Upon arrival Christina set up the new reservation and had us on our way.

Upgrade your fleet. My truck made lots of noises and had lots km’s. Didn’t feel overly safe. Staff were easy to deal with though and the truck was ready on time.

Advise customers ahead of time to bring a jack to lift the 6’x12’ trailer off the truck hitch if returning the trailer when the drop off location is closed. Christina was very nice, efficient and very helpful upon picking up the trailer. She even had a jack to help get the trailer attached, but was gone by the time we came back. Good thing my husband had a good, sturdy jack that was also tall enough in the truck.

Had to drop off during closed hours. Difficult to prove unless cameras present. Forced to take photos should there be any questions. Suggest posting a sign that says something like.. : Security cameras on 24/7" (No charge for consultation!!)

I requested and paid for furniture pads and upon pickup they were not in the truck. As a result some of my furniture was scratched. I found the uhaul app completely unusable for getting the keys, had to use the website and this resulted in wasting about 40 minutes. Not a good experience. Also " thought" I had booked moving help at the unload as payment for that was requested up front. However, no help arrived as something went wrong, payment was reversed, BUT I WAS NOT NOTIFIED!!! Again, not a good experience...

I had to wait for a person to arrive at the location because a key to the vehicle was not left in a lock box. The person who arrive was very nice, but the delay in the check-in process was unnecessary. After checking in through the app, there were simply no instructions about what to do next. Attempts to call I-haul support indicated there would be a 20 minute wait and attempts to chat with U-haul chat support did not result in an answer. Thankfully someone came to the location eventually.

the truck and location were great but the app itself was an extreme nuisance, trying to press buttons to pick up my truck but the app wouldn’t register me pressing the buttons, trying to upload photos for the drop off took forever, several tries and I STILL don’t know if my photos went through

The New hook up system on the trailers is excellent! No more having to screw down that nut to lock in the hitch ball.

Unfortunately I had mice enter through a hole in the back of the unit, which caused damage to some bedding when they ate through the heavy plastic bag. I had mentioned the fact that there was mouse droppings. Did not discover damage until I moved out.
