I had a reservation at Colborne location, they didn’t have the truck and not even the dolly, this reservation was made for May 9 to pick up the truck at 11 am . I had to go to cobourg, 25 minutes away from colborne to pick up a truck, big thanks to David from colborne location, David was the one to arrange everything for me that day
