Not sure why i had to go through the rental process at the desk when I had already done so through the APP. Trailer had residual gravel and dirt in the box, thus was not clean. It wasn't a critical issue for me. The APP indicated to return to a different location but I returned it where I got it. I called the LOK location and let them know that I had dropped it off and the time I did so.
