The fuel level was near empty upon pickup. This site claims there is no way to refill the tank even if a customer brings back a truck with less fuel and is charged the refueling penalty. The next customer is stuck with the truck that is empty, and this site pockets the refueling charges.

The return was problematic. When I rented the truck, I wanted to return it to a different location (closer to me), and at the end I head to return at the same location I picked it up. At the return location, the business which UHaul shares the address with (Lone Star Boat and RV storage) had closed their main gates, making it impossible to park the truck at the exact same parking spot where we picked it up.
Claudine BOverall terrible experience- movers broke my dresser, when I went to drop off I drove around an hour no signs and evidently not a drop off spot even though I was provided with the address as a drop off. Took forever to get resolved.
