Radio and inside lights turned on and off. Made odd noise. Location was bad. Where truck was parked was over grown tress and bushes

The back yard where the truck was located was littered with trash, needles, clothes, debris, and piss. I felt uncomfortable even walking around. There was trash everywhere. It steeled like piss, there were clothes all over the place, and it stunk like rats.
