Everyone who works there is sweet and extremely helpful! Your belongings are well taken care of and secure. Even if you lived outside of Oakwood, it is worth the drive to know your storage unit is always secure. You couldn't work with more caring people. Brenda and Kendra are the sweetest, kindest most concerned women you can work with! And you can't beat the price they are very reasonable. I highly recommend them for your storage needs. The couple who run the office/ facility are Top Notch!!! Professional yet personable!! Its an average facility ,but these two people make it Awesome!! Great experience!!

The facility is well managed. The customet service from kendra was top notch. Very small facility with someone on site 24 hrs. You also get a free truck rental.
