There is nothing Loveland Store N Lock can do. They were great. The UHaul app on the other hand is another story.I would not recommend it at all. It didn't work. Luckily someone was at the Loveland Store N Lock and helped me.

It's a very convenient location and the manager was very nice, efficient and helpful. The dirt/gravel parking lot is an absolute mess in a rainstorm. Had to walk through puddles and mud to reach the office .

Although the vehicle did the job.. The truck made me feel very insecure while driving it. It had a clunking/knocking sound with every left turn I made. One headlight was out and to top it off the check engine light came on while driving back from our drop off location. I would recommend this location on the terms that the trucks are better maintained.

Come out of the office and be face to face with the customer, not have the office number forwarded to 5 different people who contradict each other. Accept the rental instead of having the customer drive 20 miles to drop it off at another location when your location is only 4 miles from customer. Also take A course in customer service etiquette and train your employees better. Learn to respect customers and not hang up on them just because YOU don't know what you're doing.

I have been wanting to cancel this reservation since Friday as they don’t honor free month I am being transferred about 4 customer service personnel before someone was able to send a cancel notice

The cell phone check in app did not work. It came to the page "Share your location and froze up. I was unable to complete the check in process so I just dropped the key in the drop box. I wanted to change credit cards but was unable.

I completed a mobile drop off and the lot with the trucks was very poorly lit. It was also difficult to find the drop box for the keys as it was at the bottom of the hill away from the lot.

Roof had a leak unfortunately the day I moved it rain. Lost some belongings. Light inside the storage area was broken so couldn't see at night to unload.

Where the lock is inserted is significantly rusted. Also, the keypad to leave the unit area, practically is without any numbers.

Mention to the renter if there is a special “towing” feature on the gear shift. I drove over 20 miles and endured horrible automatic downshifting when I would slow down. I finally realized there was a button on the end to turn off this feature. Then the truck drove much better.

Facility is ok, gated entry. The picture online isn't the real facility. It's not paved (rocked), lots of debris (nails, small trash), around. Poor drainage. I was in a pinch, no time to shop around.

I bought two pager containers but you didn't provide. I rented 12 padding blankets you only provided 6, and I have to ask for the other 6. You charged me 4 times with the charges I don't recognize and duplicated. The service is very poor.

U-Haul changed my pick-up location a day before my scheduled pick-up. The new location added 25 miles round trip to my mileage. They charged me for the extra miles. I reached out to dispute the charge 3 times but was never contacted.

I called to confirm reservation a week before pickup. Reservation was made a month before. When I called owner said I would have to pick up a day earlier or use app to pickup on the day of. I wish he had reached out and let me know this. Maybe he would have if I didn't call. I greatly appreciated getting the size truck requested. In the past I've gotten bigger trucks from other locations than requested which made move more stressful.

When I checkted online this location said it was open. when I went there to drop off there was no person available. This was not informed to me even by the customer service representative. I did drop the truck on Saturday afternoon one day ahead of the day I was supposed to return the truck and i did receive an email saying that the vehicle was not returned on Monday. I did drop off and did make the update on the mobile app. when I did the update as auto drop off I did get a message that one of the agent would get in touch with me in 24 hours but no one did.

Overall a good experience! The only negative was the office being closed 5 minutes before the posted time when I went to turn in my keys and checkout. Other than that it as a positive transaction!!
