location was excellant, but customer service thru corporate is terrible! I asked for a call back, your call dropped….no attempt to recall! I am 6'1†and weigh 400 lbs. There is ABSOLUTELY no indication that your trucks are UNDRIVEABLE for larger individuals……I had to make last minute adjustments for driving the rental, almost destroying our moving plans! You should include on your website that you must be a 5 ft, anorexic contortionist to comfortably drive your trucks…….NEVER AGAIN!
