Very unprofessional and unprepared I had to wait 30 min for a usual that I reserved days in advance, also go behind the counter of a gas station to check in completely.

Truck was dirty had no gas. The gas station we picked up from was dirty they had to pry the lock open could bearly speak English was 32 miles away so had to pay for extra miles

The drop off location was not well marked. The personnel was great. It was just a little weird going to a gas station to drop off the Uhaul.
