I was charged for additional mileage, which I paid. This site charged me a $30 lare fee and put me into collections 2 days after my rental. I would not recommend uhaul to anyone with all the headaches, time and energy to try and get thus worked out. I will never recommend them to anyone

There was a little communication/language issue with the older woman at the pick up location which made me question the reliability of the reservation, but it all turned out fine.

Would have been nice to have a truck filled up when I picked it up vs it being empty and having to guess on how much gas to put in upon returning. Picked up with 46 miles to empty. Not ideal.

The Staff at the pickup location was excellent. They were able to correct what the U-Haul centeral was telling me. Centeral U-Haul said that the Lover Lane location did not have the trailer, and that I needed to go 45 miles (round trip) away to pick up the trailer. Rather than Lovers Lane location which is only 2 miles away. Also the web site and computer system used by U-haul is very slow and prone to disconnections. It needs to be improved.

60 MPH limit is not realistic. Overall condition of the equipment was good but there were items that needed attention. The staff was very helpful and nice. No one demonstrated any cannibalistic tendencies which was nice.

It was a nightmare experience had a reservation at a different location they didn't have the trailer there they sent me to a different location and there want one there ended up with a different size trailer and was over charged. Will never deal with uhaul again.

I found the service at this U-haul very good. The person I worked with was friendly and patient and made the rental process quite easy and smooth. The location is well stocked with moving supplies. I would recommend renting from this site.

This is more of a family run Uhaul that also doubles as a storage facility, so it isn't the same experience. But the truck was clean and it got the job done and that's what counts.

Only change I would ask is that the website correct the size limit on each storage unit. The on I originally reserved did NOT fit up 1200 sq ft of apartment space. Otherwise, fast friendly service!!
