Fill the vehicle up with gas before giving them to customers

IT STARTED FROM PORTAGE RD UHAUL THEY HAD RESEVE ATRAILER IN THREE RIVERS WHEN I GOT THEIR IT WAS RENTED SO I HAD TO BACK PORTAGE LOVERS LANE LOCATION AND GET THE TRAILER UNHAUL ON PORTAGE ROAD IS TERRIABLE I WILL NOT REFER ANY ONE GO TO LOVERS LANE UNHAUL

45 min in line to get to the counter. And another 20 min in line to get the actual truck. THEN when the truck pulled up it was HUGE. I said "we ordered a 20ft truck, they said "this is what we have, it's a free upgrade". I didn't need or want a 26 foot monster truck! I was actually trying to decide if I even need the 20ft truck and was leaning towards a smaller truck when I ordered it online. If they had asked "do you want a bigger truck" I would have said NO. The outside guy told us "you can go back inside and wait in line to see what else we might have", after already waiting around for an hour- NO THANK YOU. Thank goodness we were abe to get to where we were going and unload quickly so we could turn the truck in the same day... we would have no place to overnight a 26 foot truck!

Better confirmation that the store will have the supplies we need. We were passed around to 3 stores, original Reservation didn’t have equipment , sent to another one and they had it but it didn’t work for our one way trip, had to go to next location .

The woman was exceptionally kind and helpful. The two other U-Haul places I checked were terrible, unhelpful and unknowledgeable. The one on Lovers Lane was great.

The truck was really unsafe to drive it keep turning the opposite way that I was actually trying to go. The brakes were horrible and the truck kept giving me a hard time taking it out of park! I will never rent from this location again!

At this location there was a better attempt at customer service. The woman in charge made a copy of my agreement and took a screen shot of my email information. She seemed puzzled that I was dropping the truck off there. Overall , not a good impression of U-haul or its employees.

Staff was very helpful and friendly and I was very satisfied. I would suggest that fuel tanks be full went rented. It's a bit of a hassel to pick up the truck and then have to go to a gas station to fill the tank. Also trying to have exactly the same amount of fuel in the partially filled tank that was there at the time of rental upon return is also a hassel. Full out ...Full in... is easy.

Honestly, both trucks I drove felt that they needed engine work maybe transmission they both had lights on that wouldn’t shut off. I was kind of disappointed.

We dropped off on Easter Sunday and did not expect to find an open place. The woman we spoke with was very nice and helpful. We are renting another truck next week and will choose this location again.

I dropped the truck off at 3:30 on April 6. I had to call the location on April 7 because the person never credited me for returning the truck. U haul had texted me asking when was I going to return the truck.

While the process was simple enough, the gas tank was almost empty and the drivers door had to be slammed in order for it to close. Overall it was ok because it was an in town use and only about 3 hours.

The steering was messed up so that the truck made a terrible screeching noise.it seemed like because we didn’t get the insurance, we were given a shittty vehicle.

The team was unhelpful. The truck had glass on the ramp and the truck itself did surge on a regular basis. I would remove it from service.

The truck bed was dirty.The steering of the truck is faulty,lots of play.The rear roller door binds making it difficult to close. The gas level was marked as nearly half full when it was about 1/4 full or less. I had to spend about $25 more to fill it to the level she marked on the form. When I tried to give her the milage she said she did not need it. This makes me think they are billing off of the estimated milage which was 2x the actual milage traveled.

I moved out over a month ago and immediately informed the manager. It another debit on my account and several calls and visits to get this email finally. I also have yet to receive a refund from the last charge to my account. I better not get charged again either!!!

Only change I would ask is that the website correct the size limit on each storage unit. The on I originally reserved did NOT fit up 1200 sq ft of apartment space. Otherwise, fast friendly service!!

Had to reserve a larger unit and am waiting for a prorated refund of $44.00 to be credited to my card.
