The Uhaul I rented was the 15. The lock for the back door did not work so I had to haul my things without any peace of mind and avoided taking the freeway. I told the lady at the front desk about it and she did not show any care in the world about it. Also the easy load ramp on this specific U Haul seemed very flimsy compared to other U hauls I have seen. I do not think this is a problem with the U haul company - more I think its a problem with the U haul dealer I rented from. I hope they fix the lock issue especially before someone gets hurt minding their own business on the freewayCHRISTOPHER L.

Had a reservation, got there and was waiting in line. Got a call,"we don't have your equipment." Personnel felt horrible. Find us another auto transport 30 minutes away. Went, no ramps, can't rent it to you. We moved to Vegas without our truck.beth H.

The vehicle had no fuel, rep was a bit rude. I was quoted one price by phone representative and then given another by store representative. Rates should be the same for all uhaul stores nationwide.Lori D.

Absolutely horrible experience. I was to handling moving for my grandmother, and i leave straight from work to go handle this, so I can get home to my family. We arrived there on 10-2-19 at about 2:55pm, for my pick up at 3pm... Come to find out, There was a note saying "Out to Lunch, back at 3:45". (So frustrating to see this) While waiting outside the building; one of the employees approached us and suggested we go to a different U-haul location if we were in a rush, I politely said, "No, we'll wait". The ladies came back from lunch around 3:20 pm. I jokingly said "Where's my Jumbo Jack", feeling in good spirits I thought "finally we can get going". Signed all the docs, etc. The truck rental gets pulled up, we were ready to head out and went to verify the mileage. Put the keys in the ignition, car won't start... I was like oooooohkay? The guy goes, "Oh yeah, you have to Jimmy the key up and down a little". (Even though I've never had to do that with a U-haul rental before, whatever.. I understood) then we verify the mileage and gas, and come to find out, it's the wrong car!!! Another delay. At this point we were completely fed up and the guy comes back to have me sign the paperwork and its right this time. And we leave around 3:45, our paperwork says 3:30pm. Again.... Whatever the next day 10-3-19 I got a text saying to return by 3:00pm or be charged another $20. So I made sure I got there before 2:50pm. And guess what? Another sign posted but this time says "Out to Lunch, be back at 3:15pm". You can imagine how I felt. Another delay..... Ugh! Waiting outside the building again for about 10 minutes this time, and then the lady comes out the back and says "I can take the key, just take a picture of the gas and mileage and have a nice day". I got picked up and that was that. I will NEVER do business at (Low Cost Self Storage) again. They're service was unprofessional, and my experience was extremely frustrating.Brandon M.

Literally I went to drop off the truck at 3:48 and it closes at 4:00 pm, the doors were closed already we couldn't find the drop box, the lady was still in there looking at us like if we were dumb Instead of helping us.Maricruz S.

I went to drop off truck didn't really know where to park it because no other U-Haul trucks on site. Then they didn't have a drop box just a mail slot in the door. Wasted precious time calling customer service to make sure this was the right way to leave the key.KENDRA RANICA B.

Had to wait 20 min until someone came and opened the door. I would of put a sign in the window be back in 10 min. I came during business hours and the place was locked up. The location was a storage facility, where I had to navigate the truck around other large trucks, forklifts; pallets, cars, and people, in order to pull it out of the complex. This was somewhat difficult and I had to find the owner of a car and ask them to move it, just to move the truck from its boxed in location, and then practice a 3 point turn within the complex after I can across an aisle that I couldn't pass the truck through (nerve wracking when driving a huge truck). But, the staff was friendly, it was an easy after hours return, truck was clean and well maintained, so other than getting it out, it was fine, and apparently the guy who typically gets the truck out wasn't there.Lori G.

The phone representative (not from this location) forgot to tell me there was a $14insurance fee added to my cost that the uhaul representative (at location)did explain to me . Ur web page showed several other location a lot closer to my home in the same city with the available truck I needed at the time I needed it n ur phone representative sent me to another city that was about 4-miles away. - but over all I loved the fact that I was able to move all my stuff with ur vehicle (; thnksRosa G.
Inside of truck was dirty. Trash and glass left behind in back by whoever used it previously. And the equipment that I reserved online wasn't there and they couldn't find any place nearby that had it either. People at desk tried their best but it was still an inconvenient ordeal.Naomi G.

This place did not have accurate record of mileage on the truck rented. Miraculously, they did manage to somehow determine I drove the truck for however many miles and still charge me for it. The two ladies in charge of the place made people wait while they took their lunch with nobody to cover the office, they couldn't take lunch separately for some unexplainable reason. It is a true shame that these are the people that are put to represent companies like Uhaul. Will never return again and makes me look to Penske and Enterprise for future rentals.HANGYOUN S.

I would like to say the equipment was great but my customer experience was very disturbing do to how I was talked to by clerks or receptionist. I also did not like the e-mail I received notifying me that I had an outstanding balance. If this is how you infirm your paying customers I suggest a new method.KEITH W.
