the lady was very nice @check-in when I got into the cargo van there was it looked like crackers all over the floor and the mat in the van was dirty.

This place did not have accurate record of mileage on the truck rented. Miraculously, they did manage to somehow determine I drove the truck for however many miles and still charge me for it. The two ladies in charge of the place made people wait while they took their lunch with nobody to cover the office, they couldn't take lunch separately for some unexplainable reason. It is a true shame that these are the people that are put to represent companies like Uhaul. Will never return again and makes me look to Penske and Enterprise for future rentals.

I would like to say the equipment was great but my customer experience was very disturbing do to how I was talked to by clerks or receptionist. I also did not like the e-mail I received notifying me that I had an outstanding balance. If this is how you infirm your paying customers I suggest a new method.

I had u use an extra 15 - 20 miles because all agents left shop. Came back and put a sign on the door. Had to wait an extra hour and a half. Then the service afterwards was poor.

It broke down 1hr after i pick it up an i had to get other one no response form them untill today say i have to pay 648 bucks for something i didn't used road wouldn2answer all bad never experience anything like that !! So disappointed in Uhaul

Location closed before stated hours. I called the next morning to make sure the truck was received a representative took my name and number and no ever called me back. I went down to the location and the representive never check the truck back in so extremely poor service!!!!

I was extremely unhappy with my uhaul experience. Uhaul did not notify me that my pick-up location was changed. I went to get the truck and was told that Uhaul switched my location to a city 45 minutes away from my home. I also was never informed that the truck they gave me was a local only truck that could not be dropped to a convenient location. I spent two hours on the phone trying to remedy this situation and spoke to 7 people who kept hanging up the line when I was transfered to a different department. No one from Uhaul knew what they were doing or to whom I should speak. Uhaul needs better customer service and to communicate with their customers more effectively.

There was only on person running the entire office. As a result, the wait time was long. Also, because the clerk had no help, he had to leave the office and lock the front door to attend to other matters.

If it is found that something is different from what the receipt says, like gas or mileage. The agent should make a change not only to customer receipt but also their documents. I appreciate that the error was easy to correct because I did have my receipt with the change signed by the agent, however I wasted a trip to the facility to have to correct the error.
