MARA SI placed a reservation for an appliance dolly in addition to the truck rental. Upon arrival I was told this location does not have an appliance dolly available. I had to go to another rental company to find an appliance dolly, which cost me more time an money. As a rental/storage location I think it would benefit this location to have appliance dollies available to rent.

Joyce LTruck extremely dirty also windows on outside. Seatbelt lock still was triggering a beep sound as if I was unbuckled, but I wasn’t. Gas tank to fill up is broken inside therefore couldn’t gas up efficiently. Kept stopping on about every 10/15 seconds. Annoying. And last but not least I rent an appliance dolly and without any notification warning there was none available. The woman said I just rented it before you got here. I told her I had a reservation and was there before my reservation time by 5 min. Then here work colleague, the other woman said to me, nothing is guaranteed. I say get a staff that cares and does there job correctly. Nothing went right at this location! Never will Go there again!!

Roger CTook him almost 40 minutes to check Me in and this is a 3rd party rental truck location. My truck rental was to be 20.00 and didn't understand why and how I end up paying almost 200.00 for 1 way 100 miles trip and only needed it for 1 day and got charged for 2 days. Very upset because uhaul gave this option only

Ramona FEquipment was not clean and I reported it as not clean at pick up and I am still being charged a cleaning fee.
Fredrich CFrances, the employee who assisted me during my return, was rude, had an attitude, and over charged me.
Luis FIt wasn’t a bad experience. The truck had a check engine light on the entire time I rented it, and it was not clean on the inside. Also when I made the reservation, I told them that I would not be able to be back at the time it was needed me to return the vehicle and they still overcharged a complete extra day for being late. I would only recommend it to a friend if they were only going to use the truck for a couple of hours and close by. Other than that I would never again.
DeVaughn SThe Uhaul I rented was the 15. The lock for the back door did not work so I had to haul my things without any peace of mind and avoided taking the freeway. I told the lady at the front desk about it and she did not show any care in the world about it. Also the easy load ramp on this specific U Haul seemed very flimsy compared to other U hauls I have seen. I do not think this is a problem with the U haul company - more I think its a problem with the U haul dealer I rented from. I hope they fix the lock issue especially before someone gets hurt minding their own business on the freeway

Rhonda NHad a reservation, got there and was waiting in line. Got a call,"we don't have your equipment." Personnel felt horrible. Find us another auto transport 30 minutes away. Went, no ramps, can't rent it to you. We moved to Vegas without our truck.

Chris CThe vehicle had no fuel, rep was a bit rude. I was quoted one price by phone representative and then given another by store representative. Rates should be the same for all uhaul stores nationwide.

Gina CAbsolutely horrible experience. I was to handling moving for my grandmother, and i leave straight from work to go handle this, so I can get home to my family. We arrived there on 10-2-19 at about 2:55pm, for my pick up at 3pm... Come to find out, There was a note saying "Out to Lunch, back at 3:45". (So frustrating to see this) While waiting outside the building; one of the employees approached us and suggested we go to a different U-haul location if we were in a rush, I politely said, "No, we'll wait". The ladies came back from lunch around 3:20 pm. I jokingly said "Where's my Jumbo Jack", feeling in good spirits I thought "finally we can get going". Signed all the docs, etc. The truck rental gets pulled up, we were ready to head out and went to verify the mileage. Put the keys in the ignition, car won't start... I was like oooooohkay? The guy goes, "Oh yeah, you have to Jimmy the key up and down a little". (Even though I've never had to do that with a U-haul rental before, whatever.. I understood) then we verify the mileage and gas, and come to find out, it's the wrong car!!! Another delay. At this point we were completely fed up and the guy comes back to have me sign the paperwork and its right this time. And we leave around 3:45, our paperwork says 3:30pm. Again.... Whatever the next day 10-3-19 I got a text saying to return by 3:00pm or be charged another $20. So I made sure I got there before 2:50pm. And guess what? Another sign posted but this time says "Out to Lunch, be back at 3:15pm". You can imagine how I felt. Another delay..... Ugh! Waiting outside the building again for about 10 minutes this time, and then the lady comes out the back and says "I can take the key, just take a picture of the gas and mileage and have a nice day". I got picked up and that was that. I will NEVER do business at (Low Cost Self Storage) again. They're service was unprofessional, and my experience was extremely frustrating.
