The person who attended me is very friendly and professional and very excellent
ULISES SLoyalty Automotive was not the issue. The issue was that Uhaul originally scheduled me to pick up my truck at a different location. When I got to that location the person there did not know I was going there, and did not have a truck for me. Uhaul never notified me, the first location, or Loyalty Automotive telling any of us that my location was scheduled or changed. Nobody knew what was going on, and the rep from uhaul clearly didn’t want to help me. I have rented 4 uhauls in the last month, and this was the worst experience I’ve had. Especially since I was driving 275 miles to pick up my uhaul truck to pick up my furniture from my old house and bring it to my new house.
