reason i would not recommend is that they are not a full uhaul dealer

Vladyslav SStaff at lube city were useless. And between waiting on hold with Uhaul and the app being crap, it took over 45 mins to pickup the truck. Don't use this place as they don't even seem interested in improving anything with their Uhaul trucks.
Zachary DLiterally couldn’t get into the drop box to get the key for an entire hour. No one updated my request to access so I never received the pin to unlock the box. Attempted to speak with employees at the U-Haul who could not help. Eventually got through to customer service who was able to get me a code for the lock box an entire hour later which put me far behind schedule. No one reached out to make reperations or rebates just a good luck sorry for the inconvenience. Unreal

edgar mWell was not clean. The windshield was full Of bugs. They told us we had to drive around the parking lot to find it and then found it in Luke parking lot which is fine. I suppose we asked for three trollies and one tall trolley. We only got one trolly in total, which is unacceptable and I am hoping you will refund two missing trollies and another long trolly that might need to the card that I used please and thank you. Could’ve been better customer service and the app crashed three times as we were returning it very

Bruce BThe padlocks were letter-based but I was sent a number code, so I had to call U-Haul for aid and wait on hold. No one at the business knew anything about the process.
Phillip DImprove communication with client about how to use the app, improve apps functionality so it works properly consistently, proper warning about how rough the 24/7 pickup process can be, compensate clients with more time/reimbursement when the app prevents a client from picking up their uhaul. Properly stock uhaul with the appropriate equipment that the client requested
