First off my reservation got moved to the other side of town day of (no compasation for the extra km i ended up driving) , apparently they should've let me know before hand but they never did. Uhaul had loose cigarettes in the cup holders. On top of all that my charge doesn't even match receipt. So honestly I don't think I'll ever use uhaul again its been an awful experience.

Truck had no gas with the gas light on and sputtering on pickup. Extremely dirty everything was sticky, there were used napkins, cup holders full of food. HORRRRRRIBLE EXPERIENCE. I hope my next rental from this location is better!!!!!!

DEAN MThis is Edmonton and we do have winter! It should be a no brainer to put a snowbrush in every truck in the winter instead of the shop owner actually having to grab one from his own personal vehicle. That, or put more effort in keeping the trucks free of ice and snow when it is known that a reservation is coming.
Chad IThey did not have the van I requested. I was forced to load your app that could not handle basic phone format. Had to call and rest things. Getting the Van wasted an hour of my time and I had to do all the work. I wasted one hour of my workers time. I will not use this service again and will go to a place that has staff.
