We tried to get a uhaul at ace hardware in Canfield had it reserved for weeks and then when we got there they couldn't get us it so we had to go to lube stop. Terrible situation at ace and we are very unhappyJoseph M.

The building interior at this quick lube was unsafe and dirty. No real check-in or register area. Had to stand way too close to a car being serviced while I waited for an available clerk. The truck they gave me was way old, extremely high mileage, rickety, questionable-at-best brakes and reeked of cigarette smoke.Jim H.

The guys at Lube Management are great, very thorough and helpful. Only issue is the truck. The back door sticks, so it's difficult to open and close. The truck also seems to have some engine troubles, it ran very rough.frances C.

Although it worked out better in the end for us, I needed to upgrade to a larger truck bc the original one, that I had reserved for 24 hours, had been rented out to a different party for 3 hours right in the middle of the time that I needed it most. They made no offer to permit the upgrade without upcharging, which I would've normally expected since it was clearly their scheduling errorJoseph A.

The Lube Stop/ Uhaul personnel at the Boardman, Ohio location all deserve a raise,I got my oil changed there earlier that week and rented a Uhaul that weekend. I thoroughly enjoyed both experiences as they were both quick and efficient. I will definitely utilise that location for future oil changes and Uhaul purchases due to my experiences at the location. It was really hard using the online way to pick up the truck, it took us 45 min instead of the 10 min that was recommended to use the sight so there for we used 35 min of our rental time to get the rental truck. Not good w/technology so it was difficult to use and time consuming. Hopefully I won't ever have to rent a truck again on the weekend.Charlotte V.

I booked my truck at one location, confirmed for that location, was sent the address to the same location and had to call customer service when the lock box wouldn't open. The truck I was renting was at a completely different place. Customer service was amazing and helped to get me to the right location. I also rented an appliance dolly for $11. After showing up to HomeDepot to pick my refrigerator up, I noticed that the dolly wasn't in the truck and had to pay $18 to rent a dolly from HomeDepot. It wasn't the best experience and a little frustrating. My brother-in-law was helping and I had to hold him up from the rest of his day bc of all of the mix ups. I am also on call and received a call in the 30min it took me to pick up the truck and find the correct location of my truck.Karen H.
I did not ask for insurance of any type when I reserved the vehicle online. When the bill came through the next day I was charged $15 for insurance. They did not register the transaction until the next day as we rented it in the evening, so I did not know of the charge until the next morning.Brian H.

Ensure that staff has basic training to hook up and/or check for correct hookups and have correct tools to do so in order for the customer not to have to drive to several different locations to fix a problem that should have taken 5 minutes and not 4 hours.Patricia P.
