I was over charged and my bank account emptied. I thought this was a reputable company but, sadly i was wrong. I knew u went over on miles but I returned the van a day early, too offset the overage. But instead I wake up 2 weeks later and my bank account is at zero. I don't understand how they knew how much to take out to make that happen and no one seems to have the ability to tell me why. I will never use this company again and I hope this a warning for others

David MU-Haul was ok I only drove 18 miles and was charged $59 in gas so definitely will never be using U-Haul again
Nick DReserved in person on Friday but still has to enter order info at pickup. Original resection details were not complete. Other than that, the service was extremely good.
Nancy HThe crew that took care of me went above and beyond to make sure my move went as easily as possible. I would definitely rent from there again, and recommend others to use this location as well. Thanks guys!
