Make darn sure when a customer requests a dolly that the location HAS the dolly! Very upset I paid $10 for a dolly for appliances and didn't get it. I moved BY MYSELF. Not good check of inventory. And I BETTER be refunded $10

AMY EI ordered 2 dollies and nothing was left in truck. We had to struggle carrying the furniture without a dolly. Terrible.
