Keep reservations that were made well in advance. Not charge for days I didn’t use equipment. Got charged 2 extra days and not refunded. And had to drive over hour to pick up equipment because of equipment reservation was not honored

First gave me the wrong truck, then replaced it with a worn out truck with 132,000+ miles on it, with VERY sloppy steering.
