Grayson TLucky Stop 2 uses cell phone for registration, and they don't get a good signal. It took about 15 minutes for him to get through the pickup process. My phone worked quick and fine outside for my part. Otherwise, the entire process went well. Very nice equipment.

Duane OThe owner Tony refused to help me off load the trailer, the tongue was very heavy and required two people to safely remove from my truck. He did not close out the rental on 12/8/23 at 11:45 AM when I dropped off equipment and I had to go back on 12/9/23 to get them to close out rental. I called customer services and complained about having to do this.,very frustrating and inconvenient for us. I feel we should be compensated for the inconvenience of the drop off service
Neil LThis location did not know how to process the rental on the tablet. They gave me the table to see if I could figure it out. I literally rented myself the trailer. The location did not know how confirm that the trailer was hooked up correctly to my vehicle. I was told “I don’t know anything about trucks or trailers”. This location also did not know how to return the rental either. Luckily the person who checked me in was younger and could figure out how to work a tablet. I had to wait 20 minutes to get the trailer returned because there was only one attendant and he had to cash customers out and not be able to help the U-Haul customer. This location should not be able to rent these vehicles. The whole experience was awful and I should receive my money back for renting myself the trailer and not getting confirmation if it was hooked up correctly.

James HI am handicap and drove 30 some miles and they would not rent me a car trailer because my truck was a 2009 chev 2500.so I drove another 30miles home and had to drive back next day to get a dolly. Absolutely ridiculous!
