This location did not know how to process the rental on the tablet. They gave me the table to see if I could figure it out. I literally rented myself the trailer. The location did not know how confirm that the trailer was hooked up correctly to my vehicle. I was told “I don't know anything about trucks or trailersâ€. This location also did not know how to return the rental either. Luckily the person who checked me in was younger and could figure out how to work a tablet. I had to wait 20 minutes to get the trailer returned because there was only one attendant and he had to cash customers out and not be able to help the U-Haul customer. This location should not be able to rent these vehicles. The whole experience was awful and I should receive my money back for renting myself the trailer and not getting confirmation if it was hooked up correctly.
