I’m giving this a 3 star rating because I never asked for the safe move and I don’t know why I was over charged on this day.
SUSAN SThe truck broke down. I waited almost 2 hours for roadside. The truck did start up but was not reliable enough to continue trip. Was advised to return it. Truck stopped on me again when I got to where I picked it up to put gas in it. Was able to get started again to park it. I was charged 77.00 for a truck that only made it maybe 15 miles. I am disputing the charges. I do understand stuff like this happens but I do expect to get refunded for a truck I was unable to complete the reason I got it for.

Scott PThe van wreaked of cigarette smoke. My clothes smelled like cigarettes when the day was done. So yes, as someone with really bad sinuses, it was an unpleasant 93 miles. That was the THE issue. Otherwise, it was perfect for the job.
