Grouchy old man at drop off said he’d charge the cleaning fee if I didn’t fold packing blankets. Rented several times and never folded and not been an issue.

Had to return the trailer after two hours due to door not closing. Shop closed early for Thanksgiving, so I just turned it in. Called U-haul to report. U-haul said only owner of shop could issue refund. Owner refused, said there was a latch that could have been used to close door. Since I did not know about the latch, it was my fault. No refund issued. Never going to use u-haul again. Never ever ever will recommend Ludwig U-haul in Hallettsville.
