Tried to over charge me for gasoline. I filled it up to the level of where I originally picked it up from and they charged me for a full tank. It was 3/4 full. Make sure to take pictures of the gas level with the store in sight. Working on my refund......hopefully i get it.

My business requires using trucks frequently and this is definitely my go to location for Uhauls. They have very friendly service, profesional service, prompt response, and spotless trucks. This location is also close to the freeway if you are looking to save a few miles . I definitely recommend them.

The only issue I had was going back to return the u-haul I got an alert on the dashboard that the battery needed maintenance. it would have been stressful if the battery would have died on me on the freeway or with all my things in the truck. Trying to return the equipment was hard. the pictures were not uploading and I sat there for about 1.5 hours until I call 24/7 assistance.

The truck had less than 1/4 tank of fuel when I picked it up. These should be required to return full. I could not get the online app to check out or return truck, but luckily the location had someone there in the morning that checked me out manually. I called U-Haul in the evening for truck return with no issues.

they tried to charge me two gallons of gas for driving 6 miles when the tank was already below 1/4 when we picked it up. someone was supposed to contact me to discuss my dispute of the charges but no one ever did. i just now barely received the final receipt almost a month later without ever having been contacted by anyone. the location is fine otherwise, just should make sure that the trucks actually have fuel in them before renting them out to other people so this type of thing doesn’t happen.
