When I pick up the truck, I asked that I would like to drop off at a location that is open because I don't like to use the online drop off. The person who helped me at the Temecula location said that this drop off location will be open with people and I saw it on the his screen that this location will be open until 12pm on Sunday. However, when I arrived to drop off, it turned out the location was closed. Though the online drop off was not too complicated, but I expected a person to help me with the drop off. I was a little disappointed because I end up spent a little more time there trying to figure out what to do and my friend was waiting for me in his car.

Was unable to create a profile via the app. No help was available at the location. Just seems to be an abandoned shop. Many cars are also parked there, that are not part of Uhaul. Attempting to call to get help took almost an hour. The person I spoke to was very helpful and was able to facilitate us getting our truck. Much thanks to the person that helped us. Also had to go to 3 locations before being able to get a truck.

When he recommended to head into the parking spot when I returned. It certainly made sense! I wanted to park quickly to check the truck back in before he closed at end of the day. His understanding of the evening commute traffic & surrounding signals. He knew his location's pro's & cons...he mastered resetting the truck after he verified I didn't accidentally leave anything and that it was clean, ready for the next day! This location has years of experience to make the entire process work smoothly!!!!
BONNIE MWhen I went to pick up the truck, the dealer told me I couldn’t pick it up due to a network issue, but had no other information on where to go. He finally called another person to check me in remotely. The person he called changed my drop off location to some other place I didn’t originally select. The dealer was eventually able to get me checked in. The truck I had had about half a tank of gas.

CHARLES TThere wasn't a problem with the pickup location itself, it just wasn't convenient. Why can't the Mission Avenue in Escondido rent on way. It is a mile from my house. It doesn't make sense to make me drive so far to get a truck when this facility is so close

JOE TTried to over charge me for gasoline. I filled it up to the level of where I originally picked it up from and they charged me for a full tank. It was 3/4 full. Make sure to take pictures of the gas level with the store in sight. Working on my refund......hopefully i get it.

DOUGLAS LMy business requires using trucks frequently and this is definitely my go to location for Uhauls. They have very friendly service, profesional service, prompt response, and spotless trucks. This location is also close to the freeway if you are looking to save a few miles . I definitely recommend them.

Caren LThe only issue I had was going back to return the u-haul I got an alert on the dashboard that the battery needed maintenance. it would have been stressful if the battery would have died on me on the freeway or with all my things in the truck. Trying to return the equipment was hard. the pictures were not uploading and I sat there for about 1.5 hours until I call 24/7 assistance.
Vilila FEverything was good, unfortunately, the only problem that I ran into was uploading pictures. AT&T didn’t have a very good signal there, but otherwise was very satisfied.
