The location was great, but the experience with UHaul was upsetting. I was supposed to have my UHaul available at 6:30am and over the phone they mentioned I can come pick it up at 7:30am instead when I asked for a bit later of time which I appreciated their availability to move it to a later time. But when I arrived, they did not have the UHaul truck. But the only way for I to know was because the app was showing that there is an issue when I already arrived for pickup. So then I called and the UHaul representative said that the truck is not there because it has not been returned. Which was incredibly upsetting due to having to move that day and having to rearrange my plans with the move and freight elevator which is incredibly stressful. They told me I can come back at 9am when the place opens and can get another truck that is bigger for no cost difference. We appreciated that, but come to find the truck had little to no gas, there was yet another obstacle. The help navigating the issues was appreciative, but the issues that arose was upsetting. The employees at the location were helpful and nice.

Yerkebulan SI reserved a 9 ft van to be picked via U-Haul App since the pickup time was before the business open hour. When I arrived to pick up the van, it wasn't available. Apparently the van was not returned by the previous renter which is not U-Haul's fault. Fortunately, the customer service person on the phone was able to assign a 10 ft truck which was available for no extra cost. When I returned the truck, the van was there. Return process was quick and easy. Overall, it was a good experience minus the previous renter not returning the van on time.

Terrance TI waited for over an hour for someone to show up. The business was closed. And no one was answering the phone. Once an employee showed up, he couldn’t find my account/confirmation. He had to call U-Haul to find me. I finally got the keys 90 minutes later than I was supposed to. The truck smelled like cigarettes and was left with a quarter tank of gas.
