Can was not clean Very low fuel then was charged a $30 service charge for gas plus a gas fee . We used the truck for 8’ miles. Furniture mover we ordered was not availabe . Person checking us in was not knowledgeable about the check in and out process.
Jeff aClosed during normal business hours because of rain. Only occasionally reachable by phone. U-haul system broke during rental and shop was closed so returning was a nightmare.
Justin LNothing I ordered was in the truck when I picked it up. Had to drive all the way across town to pick stuff up and then all the way back to drop it off and then across town to drop off the truck. All after getting relocated for absolutely no reason. Will NEVER rent from you guys again.
