No one at counter to help. Poor WiFi wouldn’t pull up app to check in. No blankets for reservation made one month in advance. Response was no one returned them.

mario bThere was a used vape in the cup holder that leaked all over our hands. I also scheduled the pickup for 8am, but was unable to use the mobile pick up system and had to wait around until 9 to pick up the truck. Wondering why I would even be able to book a truck for 8am in the first place if the employees don’t show up until 9.
Elizabeth BThe truck I had reserved was not available. Kudos to the online chat agent, who helped me get a different vehicle at no extra charge. Then it took the folks onsite another 20 minutes to find the keys to the truck. The truck I had now reserved was broken so I was given a different truck, which had a strong odor in the cab. The actual move and drop off process were easy.
