I'VE RENTed a Uhaul 3x from Luxury Spa. Always did the mobile. Paid 73 for the first two times and the 3rd time I have not pay $165. The same distance as before. The only thing that changed was that the owner Tay of Luxury Spa billed my card $93 in advance and told me its because of the amount of mileage he said was listed. Then when I returned the cargo van I got charged another $73 from Uhaul. I called Luxury spa a week ago about getting a refund from Luxury spa and no repspone. I email UHAUL no response.. This is so beyond ridiculous.
Peter CThe lock was hard to get open and it been cold didn’t help the experience. In general, I was pretty disappointed and it was not due to the location but the this new process of waiting till it’s time to get the van and then asking for all the documentation and references. My appointment was at 4am and I was on a tight deadline. If I were prompted ahead of time to go through those steps prior to my arrival I would have been good with that, but I was at the location when I found out about this new process. Causing me to be an hour behind schedule. This as resulted in me getting into the morning rush and having to extend me time not because I was still moving but due to traffic.
