Issues with the online UHaul and app: inconsistent pickup and drop off locations. For example, I wanted to pick up from one location, but this was later changed without really notifying me. I did receive a text; however, I initially thought it was spam. I tried to select a drop off location, but each time I logged in, different locations around Brooklyn NY were listed. I selected one and it was later changed to a location one hour further away. I used the app to communicate with UHaul and posted a question about dropping off somewhere closer and after 20+ minutes of waiting I didn't get a reply. I went ahead and dropped off at the closer location.
