Neighborhood U-Haul at 4749 Old Seward Hwy, Anchorage, AK 99503 shunted us to Lybergers Car And Truck Sales at 4749 Old Seward. The manager at 4749 Old Seward was very rude. Was not concerned with making sure his customers were satisfied. Will not use 4749 Old Seward ever again. We had to go all the way out of our way to go to Lybergers. The people at Lyburgers were very helpful and considerate.
STEPHANIE APerhaps a bit more attention to detail explaining the contact by the rep before signing - vague and lack of personal customer care- otherwise, I thoroughly enjoyed the “Viper Van” (pix on side of truck), however rough and ready, it was reliable and got the job done.The return service of this piece of equipment was Excellent-- Lyberger’s rocks, plus it beats the summer crowds. Thanks again!
