I did not choose any rental insurance for a 23 mile drive and rent for 1.5 hrs ! Return my 15 dollars .

I tried to call the number you provided to tell them I’d be late and no ring, only ‘VM not set up’. Blankets and mattress cover I reserved were not available upon pickup.
