Move to a separate U-Haul location. My husband and I are not from this state/area at all so we rely on GPS to take us where we need to go. This location didn’t have any signs or anything stating this was a location for a U-Haul pickup. This establishment is a “smoke shop” with one singular U-Haul sitting in the parking lot which made it difficult for us to establish if we were in the correct location or not. With that being said, I went inside to ask if this was a correct location to pick up a U-Haul (I had a reservation) and the person behind the counter didn’t acknowledge me at all, answer my question, or even speak to me. She went to an Ipad and started typing stuff in without letting me know if I was even in the correct place. Secondly, she asked me to fill out the link sent to my phone (i submitted the drivers license photos in less than thirty seconds) and in the small amount of time it took for me to complete this task, she was directing a separate employee about what needed to be stocked that day. I stood there for a few seconds waiting for her attention and it never came. I eventually said “Ma’am I completed the link” and she COMPLETELY ignored me. She didn’t even look at me and continued to speak to the other employee for another minute or two while I just stood there waiting. On top of that, one employee was cursing and wearing dirty clothes that made me overall very uncomfortable. I truly don’t believe i’ve ever experienced such a lack of professionalism and care. I’ve always had a very positive outlook on U-Haul as a company but this has really changed my views. I was woken up by a call at 7:30 in the morning asking if I wanted to switch U-Haul pickup locations for a discount and I groggily just agreed since I was still half asleep and i’m just extremely disappointed that this is what I agreed to for a discount that honestly wasn’t much that different than my original price. Overall I am incredibly disappointed and dissatisfied. This location should never be recommended again.

Norma CThe Attendant was courteous, knowledgeable, and expeditious. As a 62 year old adult, I have rented from U-Haul many times and the rental and return was completed in a timely manner. In the past I would have been spent at least 30 minutes on the pickup alone. The teamwork at this location was a pleasure and I will use this location for my future U-Haul needs!
