The process was super fast and unexplained. I’m sure due to the business of the location key details are not seen My truck was freaking filthy it had to clean it before usage all to be not informed on the miles needing to be driven to come to my seat and charged more money at the end of the rental There was bugs and hay and grass all in the truck Box so that alone was frustrating to my family and I. And mind you it’s at 10 pm do g all this due to the previous location not having the correct information to open the key box to get started. 2 hours wasted only to go get a dirty truck and rushed out the door with no explanation on how many miles I’ll be allowed knowing I’m moving from Norfolk to Hampton getting a truck from the beach that’s doesn’t seem fair nor justified. I want to speak to a higher up about this and I have a pic of what things looked like I have been seriously effected and am having 2nd thoughts on taking my business elsewhere this is not Customer service at it’s best. Paid 113.00 truck Paid 20 gas refill Paid 10 more miles Like I didn’t just drive across the water for real for real enterprise, and other companies have never maybe I’ll go where I’m not lied to or withheld from information with clean truck to use.

TREVOR BCashier very ignorant of online pick up process resulting in an unnecessary delay of about 10 minutes while Manager was busy.
Terry WTell me why I was charged for gas and a gas fee when I returned it with 1/2 tank. It had 3/8 of a tank when I picked it up. It had more gas in it when I returned it than when I picked it up.
Joseph GThis review is not on the location, but the overall service experience. When I made the reservation, I declined the $14.75 optional insurance coverage. YOUR representative called me and asked me to switch pickup location, which I agreed to do. She (WITHOUT MY CONSENT) added the $14.75 insurance coverage back onto my reservation with the change in pickup location. THIS IS BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE.
David NWhile booking my rental over the phone, I explicitly discussed with the associate that I would be traveling to the Newtown road area, and was told to drop it off at the location I left it. Yet I was charged a wrong drop off fee. I would like to speak to a supervisor.
Hannah BPrice was not what I expected. It was 3 times higher than expected. Got charged for gas even though I filled it above what I had in tank when I started.
John RDownload the U Haul app prior to pickup so you can get the pickup checklist and drop off checklist done. Awesome service just ask for help in convince store
Frank PThe staff was very helpful. My only complaint was with the U-Haul software. It took me 20 minutes because the system would not allow me to upload my license. Fortunately I was able to switch from my Android phone to my iPhone, the system seems to favor Apple because it was able to take my license immediately. Nonetheless, it's still caused the staff issues because the software did not read my information correctly from the license.
Marc GI did not choose any rental insurance for a 23 mile drive and rent for 1.5 hrs ! Return my 15 dollars .
DARRYL DI tried to call the number you provided to tell them I’d be late and no ring, only ‘VM not set up’. Blankets and mattress cover I reserved were not available upon pickup.
