The staff was very helpful. My only complaint was with the U-Haul software. It took me 20 minutes because the system would not allow me to upload my license. Fortunately I was able to switch from my Android phone to my iPhone, the system seems to favor Apple because it was able to take my license immediately. Nonetheless, it's still caused the staff issues because the software did not read my information correctly from the license.
