This location has the most helpful employee who will go above and beyond, out of his way to assist you with the rental process. However I was correct about the rental payment process; whenever you are almost done with the rental agreement/payment online If you choose to swap over to having a person in store help you and they get to the payment process it will flag your card (I have Bank of America Visa debit card that I used for this transaction) what happened was I took the payment page or the one just before it and decided to try to do the in-store help cuz my phone wasn't loading fast enough. When you got to the payment process in his end he tried to choose the car to head on file which was my Bank of America debit and it would not go through. Even with manual typing the whole card in It would not go through. It registers a card as a non-valid payment like a prepaid card which you can't rent with anyways. So after he called corporate they were confused I called my bank they didn't pick up right away so I went back ornline and I paid for it and it took the card exactly the same payment process that would have been done in person had I just done the in-store rental versus trying to book online to reserve my U-Haul. So if anybody experiences that that's exactly why or if anybody needs to alert a customer that's trying to do the rental online and then business in person that's what will happen

I did a Google search for a Uhaul location near my home and when I got there, it was a liquor store/convenience store the experience there wasn’t great to be honest however I was sent across the street to pick up the truck at a different Uhaul location, which was absolutely excellent

Not overcharge. You Lied about the mileage the vehicle had and then didn’t allow me to adjust even after submitting a picture and then tried to charge me for miles I didn’t use

It was an easy process. The store owner was friendly and great service. Will definitely rent from him again.

They were not aware we were coming but luckily had truck. Very nice to work with but they were not informed and office was not open when we arrived.
