First I went in person to make a reservation 3-4 in advance. I asked what time they opened was told 8 am and booked for 8 am reservation. Received a call the day before to tell me needs to be 830 am because the business doesn’t open until 830. Then there was a problem with my truck so I didn’t leave the establishment until 9:00 AM. Meanwhile, my helpers are waiting for me to show up with a truck to move my items. And the process of self pictures of the equipment in my opinion is uncalled for. The establishment renting the vehicle should do this like Home Depot does this. Then was told I had to have the truck back by my original time. So to tell you, I wasn’t a happy consumer goes without saying.

This location looked like an abandoned repair store and it was gross and I did not want to be there too long. It would have been even creepier at night.

The truck was not equipped to handle the transportation of my Refrigerator When I called the location, I informed the contact person that I wanted a truck to transport a fridge Instead of getting the proper directions for the right equipment for transporting my refrigerator, such as a dolly and straps to be included in the truck rental, I was ridiculed and laughed at about my accent The contact person was working on repair of a Honda car when I got there and told me my fridge sounds like free . I did not get professional assistance. I was directed to speak to another person on the phone who took my information I ended up with the trouble to travel around looking for the right equipment to properly transport my item The results were frustrations unnecessary mileage and additional cost for moving my item I am very disappointed and dissatisfied I am also angry at the unprofessional words of mockery of my accent by the contact person

Facility was closed upon arrival. The staff arrived about 10 after my reservation time and was not helpful. Telling someone things must be done online and continually interfering with the online process with unneeded commentary was unpleasant and distracting. The online check-in process was poor and difficult to use. Requesting me to download the App was obnoxious. At drop-off the same staff from check-in, would not leave me alone while performing the online drop-off and insisted I hand the keys directly to him rather than the online instruction of the drop box. The only positive was the convenience to my location. Also, make it clear you should add gas. Anything under 20 miles should be included considering you state there are limited miles on the reservation pages.

Business hour show the location is open at 8:30 AM. There was no one there to help us when we arrived simply a number written on a window. You call the number and they tell you to use the app to retrieve the truck. I specifically wanted to deal with a person and not with my app. no customer service whatsoever I will not be renting at this location in the future.

My appointment was for 9am and I didn’t leave with the truck until 10am. When I arrived there just before 9 I saw no one working there and a box where I’d pick up a key. No code was provided to me so I called and was told there was no key in the box so the owner had to drive over to give it to me. I waited 30 minutes and once I got the key I was told I couldn’t take it until I complete the steps sent to me in a link. I was never provided the link. The owner was very nice and I was able to send him the odometer reading and he uploaded it himself so I could he on my way. But it took me an hour to leave and the checkout process also took long since the u-haul app kept crashing when I was taking photo of the vehicle. This pickup location also did not have the dolly or furniture pads that I ordered so I couldn’t use those items to help my move.
