I was required to get and return the truck at a parking lot about 2 miles from the rental location. This meant that I could not use the app to check in or check out since the app uses your location to determine if you are returning to the correct place. It also meant an extra stop after returning the truck, to drop off the key. The rental agent told me to email him a picture when the truck was returned and he would check the truck in. My rental lasted about 6 hours. I returned the truck and emailed pictures of the mileage and the parked truck. The next day my rental was still active. Later in the day, I called UHaul who transferred me to the location. After a discussion they realized that they had forgotten to process the return of the truck. When they did process the return, it was at that time, 5:00 the day after I returned it so I was charged for 2 days for a 6 hour rental. In addition, I was required to get and return the 26' truck from a space barely 24" wider than the truck with cement blocks on one side and another truck on the other side. Just to make it a bit more difficult, I was requested to park my car in the spot where my rental truck was so no one else would park there and then return it to the same spot. This meant juggling vehicles before and after the rental. I will not rent from this location again.

I was charged 7 for a furniture dolly that was not in the truck and I was charged $20 for what was supposed to be 24 furniture pads. There were only 4 pads in the truck. I asked for a refund of the charges for the 2 missing items I reserved but did not receive plus the fuel charge should be reversed I was also charged for 2 gallons of gasoline when I traveled only 15 miles and put $20 of gas in the vehicle (4gallons) App did not work to upload pictures of the vehicle
James CCar was not at marked location. Had to pick up keys then drive to a second location. Was not able to complete any pre or post check pictures due to not being at designated location. Very poor experience. want a refund honestly
Tylla WThe operator is abrasive and not an easy person to talk to. I was surprised when I went to pick up the truck because I wanted better customer service not just Reliance on the app.
