Michael GVery confusing instructions. I called the number as stated in my agreement, and it told me the person I was trying to reach was unavailable. Also didn’t help that the Mexican restaurant using the same front door had no idea what I was talking about. I feel that the advertised “hours of operation” were not applicable cause no one was there at all. To top it all off, it was raining and I had to stand in the rain and take all sorts of photos, not to mention that the drop off location was 20 miles from where I was offloading my furniture, which caused me to incur a charge for $16.66 due to mileage. Just an annoying time overall.
Clinton GThat this is a self-serve location. Park, take picture of QR code.(by the front door). It will pull up the Uhaul app and walk you through the return process. Pretty easy once you realize that.
celesta hMiss Jacqueline and Mr. David were SO helpful. I am not generally the trailer pick up person in my family, but there was no other option this time, and those two kept the event from causing me a panic attack! They were so pleasant and helped every step of the way. I can't say enough good things about both of them.
Amanda FIt would have been a better experience if the truck size I reserved hadn’t been picked up by another person on accident forcing me to rent the larger size. I do really appreciate how quickly it was resolved by the staff member.

Robert TThe representative was difficult to contact. The phone number was not answered until after many, many attempts. The door was padlocked and communication was not easy. When we went to pick up the key, we had to meet her in the parking lot (not inside a building) and she didn't realize that we had requested pads, so she was not really prepared for us to pick them up.

linda rNo, there was no one on site. I was not able to check in and had to call the main office from someone’s cell phone in a gravel parking lot. Very unprofessional. also, there were no signs even showing where an office might be. Other people were standing in the parking lot confused, as was I.

Michelle CTruck was filthy, the operator of the store called the day before stating she wasn’t available and didn’t have an appliance dolly. Wanted to reschedule for after 2pm even though this was reserved almost a week in advance. I was given the dirtiest truck in the lot. The reservation was not easily accessible on the app or the website. It disappeared completely the day of pick up.
Wayne MTotal confusion on the type of rental, could not give me a price. Not very happy with the experience.

Robert NNo one was at the drop-off location to accept my trailer. I called the number listed for the location; phone rang until I received a message that there was no one to accept my call. Finally used the unsupervised drop-off service to leave the trailer. It worked OK, except there was hardly any cell phone signal - extremely slow response on my phone.
Dennis BI was overcharged. Was supposed to be a one day rental but I was charged for 3 days. Jacqueline said she would refund but never did. She stopped answering my calls and won’t call me back or give me my money
Jannette MThe phone number on the website was wrong. The phone number on Facebook was disconnected. The place was supposed to open at 8 am. Whoever, no one showed up until 9:30 am. Waiting for the woman to come do her job was an unpleasant waist of my Monday morning. I would not recommend this location to anyone unless they had no other choice.
LARRY CIt took and an entire hour to get into my truck. Essentially limiting my 8 hours to 7 because the system would not let me complete it.

CHARLES MRental location and person was awesome and is still awesome however uhaul mischarged me and is still holding a pending pos of over $100 yet has a completed transaction which was overcharged for days and equipment not used.
Jacqueline BI hate the online way of renting a truck. I prefer the old way of working across the counter with a live person.

Jose RThe 1980s Blockbuster Video style late charges are going to be the end of UHaul, as you will be destroyed by the gig economy which does not attempt to rate you the way UHaul does. I will be delighted when you scum go out of business.
