No moving blankets were available so we were told to go to another location - upon returning the trailer and blankets, staff was rude and seemed confused about accepting blankets that were from another location even though we called and made sure everything was fine beforehand.

Gentleman showing me the trailer didn't know what tires should be inflated to, person working the counter couldn't find my reservation, and they stated "the equipment isn't ours and we really don't care what condition it is. we just provide the service." Didn't give me a lot of confidence.

Lachell J.This location MB Garage was in a dead zone for cellular pick up of the truck. After 45 minutes of trying to register on line I was kicked out of the internet I called the help line. I was given the keys to the wrong truck. I ordered a 26 foot and was given a 10 foot truck. The truck did not have the pads I ordered and I was charged for them. I drove the truck 22 miles it gets 13 miles to a gallon and I was charged for 6 gallons of gas. Wrong truck, charged for Pads I never received, and gas I did not use.

Colin J.Teach them to not lie and overcharge people. Actually show them which truck instead of just throwing them the keys. Maybe don't tell customers that all the $20 trucks are rented for the weekend and only the expensive ones are available when none of the small trucks moved all weekend. It's not hard to tell when they're all still covered in snow. Teach them not to tell people that it can be returned anytime the next day as long as it's before midnight and then charge another day the second it passes 5pm.

John O.There is no issue with actual pickup/drop off locations . The #1 issue is with the corporate scheduling function. The requested location was not the location that was provided. And I verified with the requested location that there were trucks available. FIX the scheduling problem. It damages the brand!

It took me almost 35 minutes to get out of there when I rented it and I was the only one there. When I returned it at night I called the next morning to make sure it was checked in and nobody knew it was even there. I called again about five hours later to make sure it was checked back in and the man told me it wasn't but he would have my word that he would check it in. I was frustrated and concerned that damage could've been done to it or something before it was checked in. It was Like this location didn't care about the U-Haul service just their business.

We had to call to try to figure out if we could get another truck since we couldn't find ours. After we found it we had to call back because a different lock was on it than the one on our email. The woman We spoke with was very helpful each time we called. She was able to figure out the combination for us. The process was kind of a pain, but was resolved.
Douglas M.Your software sucks. I had to take three pictures of my license, before the program would recognize the front of my license. When dropping off the trailer, the software wouldn't let me use a picture, that was less then five minutes old.

James F.You can make the system work. I reserved a 17' truck on Friday. After I received the confirmation I tried to do the early registration stuff so I wouldn't have to do so much on Sunday. It said I didn't have a reservation even though I had a # & used that # to try to find it. I called on Saturday & spoke to a Tammy. She said I couldn't do any of that until I was on site due to GPS location in the app.. When I went to pick it up on Sunday I once again was told by your app that I had no reservation. I then started over. I could only get a 15' truck because I guess that 17' was reserved for me but my reservation didn't exist. I spent 45 minutes getting my reservation completed with my paid helper standing idly by. This is the 2nd time this has happened to me in the past 3 months when trying to rent through your online system. I have had much better success renting in person, I have only had 1 successful online rental out of 6. I really feel ripped off.

Edwin R.I drove the truck 4.6 miles and was charged $20 for gas. How is that possible? If the truck gets a minimum of 10 miles per gallon. I should have used less then half a gallon of gas. That would equial $1.50. I should get a refund of $20. Next time I'll use Penske.

Mason W.They knew what type of car we were going to want to transport behind you haul trailer when we got there and got it man he's so proprietor of the U-Haul service said just put a couple pieces of wood under and you'll be able to drive it I put on and then put more wood underneath the front tires to raise it up to clear the protrusion of the two tires in front which ! Would have every bump in the road with a shoulder down and smashed the front plastic front end of my S 2000 so we took it back and debris the next morning on our way to Arizona Manny decided to charge us $65 because we kept it overnight if you look at any of Mandi‘s service oriented deliveries you'll see that he was not about to deliver the ill-fated trailer he gave us to anyone else but still charged us $65 because we held it overnight and the other $2600 we played U-Haul to deliver take the rest of our goods to Phoenix I think it's a crime that Manny is still wanting 65$ plus . Hopefully you understand that we were loading our personal belongings in the U-Haul trailer and didn't hook up the trailer that you have said this will be perfect for transporting your Honda S 2000 worth $30,000 to Arizona fact of the matter is we should've never ever been charged an overnight price for the second part of the deal with U-Haul I expect to be reimbursed for $65 charged for this trailer. This is wrong wrong wrong for yourCompany charges this amount of money for something that was not used we took the trailer for Manny and drove 4 miles north shore house and drove 4 miles more so the next morning to drop it back off at 6:30 in the morning as we love our house which was sold for Arizona
Michael S.I couldn't get your app to work to check in the Truck on return. There was someone else in the lot and they also couldn't get it to work. I tried to call the phone # and there was a 61 minute wait. So I just let Truck in lot and put keys in drop box.

Jim W.The pick up took over an hour because of a difficult mobile app and having to take SO MANY pictures of myself, and my driver's license; front & back. UHaul billed my credit card for me to get the truck, then REQUIRED me to supply another "contact person" they could call on their phone to VERIFY me. INSANITY!! No human was available for help either in person OR via phone contact. The lock on the back of the UHaul took super-human strength to open. At drop-off, I had to take a picture of the truck; inside, outside, the odometer, and where I parked the truck... Come On, Now, REALLY???? UHaul has charged my credit card TWICE for only ONE truck. Impossibly disorganized situation. Extremely disappointed and will never use this service again, nor will I recommend anyone I know to use it. I will make sure to DISCOURAGE everyone I can to NOT utilize this company or location EVER.

We are very disappointed to have to pay the $17.00 charged for them, you should make sure that system is reset for each new customer.
