We were not notified about one month free storage promo, would have been nice to know upfront while moving across country.
Samuel WIf you select a pickup time, I expect person responsible for renting to be there at that time and not coming in when he wants too. I had to meet at a specific time and late rental agent caused a lot of turmoil on my end

Oksana CThe mobile pickup was a disaster. Took close to 40 mins for some that should have been quicker, required a lengthy phone call to support. Would never prize the mobile pickup option again. If I ever need another UHaul it will be done at a location with another person.
