Truck was filthy, dirt all over the inside. Had to buy plastic to put down so our belongings didn't get dirty. Difficulties picking up and dropping off. We won't ever use Uhaul again. Added stress to an already stressful day.

Samuel WIf you select a pickup time, I expect person responsible for renting to be there at that time and not coming in when he wants too. I had to meet at a specific time and late rental agent caused a lot of turmoil on my end
